Routine filter cleaning or attention as applicable to the unit and service scope.
Accessible Coils
Light cleaning of accessible indoor and outdoor coil areas within the minor-service scope.
Condensate Drain
Check and clear accessible condensate drainage as appropriate within the routine service.
Basic Operation
Basic operating and fan checks to identify obvious performance problems.
Visual Condition
Visual observations of accessible components and obvious conditions requiring further attention.
Faults Noted
Visible or suspected issues requiring further repair, investigation or quotation can be identified separately.
Minor Service Is Not the Same as a Repair
The low unit rate only works if the scope remains clear. Additional repair work is treated separately rather than being hidden inside the service price.
Repairs
Fault-finding and repair work beyond the minor-service scope is separately assessed and quoted where required.
Replacement Parts
Motors, capacitors, controls, pumps and other replacement components are not included in the R175 service rate.
Regassing
Refrigerant-related work is not included. Where a unit appears to require further gas or leak investigation, it can be separately assessed.
